ISETIA Connect Privacy Policy

ISETIA Connect is a B2B (Business-to-Business) mobile application developed to help our corporate clients optimize their business processes and project management. This policy outlines the data collection, usage, and security standards of the ISETIA Connect application.

1. Data Collection and Processing Principles

Our application is not available for general public use and is strictly intended for authorized corporate users.

  • Data Transfer: All data created or uploaded via the application (To-Do lists, tasks, documents) is transferred directly to the backend servers owned or authorized by the user’s respective organization.
  • Device Information: To monitor application performance and resolve technical issues, we collect device information such as device name, model number, and operating system version.     

2. Hardware and Device Permissions

The following permissions are required for the application to perform its core functions:

  • Camera and Microphone: Used for QR code scanning and attaching visual/video content to business tasks.
  • Storage and File System: Mandatory for the application’s offline functionality, local storage of projects and tasks (until synchronized), and file upload/download operations.

3. Offline Data Management

Data stored locally on the device for offline use is securely managed and handled once the application synchronizes with the backend or when the user logs out. Local data is utilized solely for the functional purposes of the application.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

ISETIA Connect never uses user data for advertising purposes and does not share it with third-party advertising networks. Your data is hosted exclusively on authorized servers within the scope of business process management.

5. Account and Data Deletion

In accordance with Google Play and Apple App Store policies, users have the right to request the deletion of their accounts or data. Due to the corporate nature of the application, these requests can be fulfilled:
